L'esempio tipico e' un caso vissuto dal sottoscritto diversi anni fa.
Una famiglia cinese di grandi tradizioni,titolare di conosciutissimo ristorante a livello nazionale,amava trascorrere le serate nei night club della citta'. Tutto era fatto con lo scopo  di fare clienti da portare poi nel ristorante. Tutto potrebbe filare liscio, sennonche',quando tali soggetti si presentavano nel ristorante si trovavano avvolti da una situazione ambientale totalmente diversa. Le linee di comunicazione ,alquanto goliardiche e goderecce che avevano instaurato precedentemente nei night, erano precipitate ed anullate,creando un vuoto totale.
L'ingenuita'ancora piu' grossa fu quella di fregarsene totalmente : tanto gente e locali ce ne sono tanti e possiamo sempre sostituire tutti i clienti. Morale: il fallimento ed il disastro era nell' aria,che puntualmente arrivo' poco dopo includendo anche le persone oltre al solo il ristorante.
Per la nazione Italia sta andando ancora peggio :era posizionata negli anni '80 a livello industriale: ovvero la parola piu' diffusa era produzione. Esisteva un realta' industriale, le aziende erano li', fisicamente attive.
Oggi,ci si da un gran daffare a parlare di : lavoro, produzione,ma di aziende che rispondano a tali vocaboli non ne esistono quasi piu'.
Se non ci sono piu' le vecchie caratteristiche di posizionamento di 35 anni fa, e si continua a far credere che esistano ancora,il risultato non puo' essere che identico a quello del ristorante cinese.
